Plum Catering is a bespoke service, offering just about anything our clients want.  We have catered for weddings and parties in a whole range of venues, from barns to beaches.  Here are a few menus that were put together for some of our clients.

Canapés: £4.00 per person

Skewers
Bocconcini, cherry tomatoes and fresh basil
Parma ham and fresh figs
Anchovies, roasted red peppers and black olives

 

Two Course luncheon: £12.00 per person
 
Goa fish curry, creamy coconut sauce with white fish fillet and prawns
Lamb tagine, charmoula spices, apricots and almonds made with Southdowns lamb

Black cherry meringue cake with sweet chestnut cream

Garden Party: £20.00 per person

Marinated and grilled king prawns with lemon and dill dipping sauce
Seafood salad
Caramelised red onion and pea tart in walnut pastry
Hot and sour chicken salad
Cold rare roast beef with honey mustard
Green bean and tomato salad with mint and lemon dressing
Crushed potato salad

Lemon mascarpone mousse
Summer pudding with Chantilly cream

Wedding Breakfast £25.00 per person

Chicken satay with peanut sauce and cucumber salsa
Grilled salmon fillet with a coriander and ginger crust
Honey baked home roasted ham
Grilled red peppers, courgettes and aubergines with tahini dipping sauce

Crushed potato and red onion salad with extra virgin olive oil
Butterbean and green bean salad with a mint and garlic dressing
Mixed summer salad
